Refund policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with the ordered items, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to notify the company electronically or by telephone within fourteen days of receiving the goods that you withdraw from the contract, and in accordance with the law, it is not necessary to state a reason for withdrawing from contract, but please fill out the return form that we provide you with. The product must be undamaged and packed as delivered - Otherwise, we will not refund the purchase price.

Please include a return form or a note in the return package stating:
- Order number
- A copy of the invoice
- The product you are returning
- Your TRR number if you want a refund and you paid via pre-invoice
The only cost you have to pay for returning the goods is the cost of postage. A return is considered timely if the shipment is submitted within the prescribed period. You must return the products no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract. The consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction is the result of conduct that is not necessarily necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. The purchase price for the returned items will be refunded to your transaction account. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the refund. We reserve the right to reject ransom shipments or shipments that do not meet the general terms of business. Personal returns are not possible.
