Shipping policy
Delivery the ordered goods are carried out by our contractual partners GLS, DPD or Post of Slovenia. All orders will be shipped the same or next business day (provided the goods are in stock). We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In case of special requests, please enter them under "notes" at the bottom of the order. Delivery is made to your address, which you specified when registering or ordering. In the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave you a notification regarding re-delivery or collection of the package. In the event that the stock runs out, we will notify you immediately and present you with the rest of the offer or let you know the delivery date for the ordered items. It is also possible personal collection ordered goods at our location in Kamnik (Kovinarska cesta 4, 1241 Kamnik).
Delivery is free for all orders over €80, delivery costs for orders of less than EUR 80 are 3,90 EUR and are uniform for the whole Slovenia.
