The general terms and conditions of the zarniceinsvetila.si online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and on the basis of international e-business codes. PRICES IN THE ONLINE STORE
All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price for the selected goods is valid on the day of purchase, i.e. on the day of submission and completion of the order via the zarniceinsvetila.si online store. The prices are valid in the case of payment using the specified payment methods under the specified conditions.

If the price of an item changes during order processing, we will notify you. We will do our best to offer you a solution in any case that will be acceptable to both parties (the customer and the zarniceinsvetila.si online store).

DATA ON ORDERS PLACED
Data on completed orders are stored in the zarniceinsvetila.si online store system. The maintainer of the website, Shopify, also has access to the data.


PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Customers can purchase the selected product on the website / in the online store www.zarniceinsvetila.si
The purchase begins with the selection of the desired product. Add the product to the shopping cart. The products and the quantity in the basket can be changed at any time before the final confirmation of the order.
The purchase process follows the following steps:

1. STEP: CUSTOMER CONTACT DETAILS OR LOGIN
You provide contact information, which you have the option to save on the website / in the online store and thereby create a user profile. This makes your next purchase easier.
2. STEP: SHIPPING DETAILS
Enter the address and information for the delivery of the ordered products, or select personal pickup at our location in Kamnik.
3. STEP: CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD
Customers can choose from a variety of different payment methods:
Payment by credit card. We guide the customer through the entire payment process in the online store.
Bank Transfer. On the last step in the shopping cart, you will receive payment instructions via the UPN form.

Cash on delivery. You pay the amount to the delivery person upon delivery of the package.
4. STEP: REVIEW THE ORDER
Before final submission of the order, you can see all the details of the order, including price and quantity. All elements of the order (data and selection of products).
5. STEP: COMPLETE PURCHASE
After reviewing all order information, select "Pay now". By selecting "Pay now", you agree to our business terms and conditions and the price of the order and undertake to pay for the order.
6. STEP: ORDER / PURCHASE CONFIRMATION
After receiving your order, we will send you an order summary to your email address. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage. For any further information about your order or order changes, you can contact us at info@zarniceinsvetila.si.

NOTICE OF PURCHASE

After placing the order, we will inform you about the receipt of the order and delivery via email. We may call or otherwise contact the customer to verify delivery information. The purchase procedure for legal entities is the same as for natural persons, but at the end of the purchase, the name of the company and the tax identification number of the company must be written. The payment options are the same as for physical customers.

The contract (order) is stored in electronic form on our servers.

Invoice
The customer will receive the invoice for their order physically in the package. If you have not received the invoice, contact us at info@zarniceinsvetila.si and we will send it to you immediately.

registration
Each registered user has his own username and password, with which he introduces himself. The password is confidential and known only to the user.

The user is obliged to ensure that only he or a person authorized to act on his behalf will act on his behalf and with his password.

For business purposes, the provider collects the following data:

· Name and surname

· Address and place of residence

· E-mail address

· Username (which is the same as an email address)

· Password in hidden form

· and other data entered by the user in the form on the website

By registering, the user agrees to receive notifications related to his order or system notifications. If he ticks the "checkbox" during registration, he agrees to receive notifications about special benefits and campaigns, new product launches and possible current prize games. The user can unsubscribe from receiving e-news at any time.

The provider is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user.

Each registered user allows the use of his/her personal data listed above for the purposes of order fulfillment and other order-related and necessary communication. According to the valid ZEKom-1, it is allowed to use the e-mail address for direct marketing.

COMPLAINTS IN THE CASE OF MATERIAL FAILURE

If you notice that the packaging is damaged, do not accept it, but report it to the delivery service. If you have already opened it and noticed damage, immediately after unpacking the damaged package, you must report it to the delivery person (Pošta Slovenije). All instructions for claiming damaged goods are listed on the delivered shipment.

We would like to help you as soon as possible. Contact us as soon as you notice a fault with your product. For quick handling of the complaint, we recommend using the complaint form.

A copy of the invoice + complaint form must be sent together with the claimed goods.

Buyers can file a complaint by sending photos that show the defect in the product. Photos should be sent to the email address info@zarniceinsvetila.si. We also reserve the right to physically inspect the product. In this case, the buyer must send the product to our address. In case of damage or loss of the package during shipping, the costs incurred are covered by the buyer. Our staff does their best to settle the complaint to the customer's satisfaction in the shortest possible time. According to the law, we have 45 days to consider the complaint.

In case of defects due to improper use, negligent handling, mechanical damage and defects in the event of force majeure, it is not possible to assert a complaint. It is also not possible to assert a complaint in the event that the goods have been tampered with by foreign, unauthorized persons, in case of incorrect management or negligent conduct.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Website. These products or services may have limited quantities.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer screen or phone monitor will be accurate in any color. We do not warrant that the quality of the products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.

However, we want to make it easier for our customers to buy online, so we are available on all official channels for any additional information that would help make the decision easier. At the same time, we allow the return or exchange of products in accordance with our return policy.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
We do our best to ensure that the information published on our pages is up-to-date and correct. However, product features, availability and price can change so quickly that we sometimes fail to update the information on the website. In such a case, we will notify you of the changes and allow you to cancel the order or exchange the ordered item.
We reserve all rights to change the content on the website.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
In doing business, we comply with applicable consumer protection legislation. We strive to fulfill our duty and establish an effective complaint handling system.
Within five working days, we will confirm that we have received the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to process the complaint and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.

We are aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs required to resolve the dispute, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, we do our best to resolve any disputes amicably.

OUT OF COURT RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
In accordance with legal norms, zarniceinsvetila.si does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
As a provider of goods and services that enable online trade within the EU, we are obliged to post a link to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on our website. The platform is available to consumers on this Web site.
The aforementioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.

CODE OF CONDUCT ACCORDING TO ZEPT
